How do I track my order?
(Never Logged In) phones4u

Tracking your order has never been easier. When you place your order with us, we will send you an order confirmation email to confirm what you have ordered. 


Then when your order has been dispatched we will email you with a delivery timescale*. 


You can also check the progress of your order via 'My Account' on You can access your account using your email address as the username, and your Order No as the password.


If you have not had any email confirmation within 2 working days or have problems logging in to your 'My Account', then please get in touch with our Live Chat Team, by clicking here (or by clicking the Live Chat button in the top right hand corner) and they will be able to tell you the status of your order.
