where can i find the opening times for stores, and for customer services if i need to call them. Also are your live chat team available in the nightime/weekend at all?

Hi wizzy!

 

The location of our stores and contact numbers for them can be found on our store locater on the main Phones4u site. Simply choose Support the top menu buttons and click Store Locater.

 

This will give you the contact number for the store where you can check the opening times. If it is a customer service issue then our number can also be located on the website under the contact us section however it is advisable to try our new Live Chat facility, this is quick, easy and cheaper than a phone call!

 

The Live Chat team are available from 10am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Should we be unavailable then you can leave a message for us to reply to, we are looking into extending the hours so watch this space!
